KAPITON WINS BFL GATOR DIVISION ON HARRIS CHAIN

WHAT: George Kapiton of Inverness, Fla., caught a five-bass limit weighing 20 pounds, 4 ounces Saturday to win $6,584 in the FLW BFL Gator Division tournament on the Harris Chain.

WHAT: Luke Campbell of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., caught a five-bass limit weighing 14 pounds, 2 ounces Saturday to win $2,292 in the FLW BFL Gator Co-angler Division on the Harris Chain.

NOTES: The next BFL Gator Division tournament is scheduled for April 17, at Lake Okeechobee in Okeechobee, Fla. After the fifth Gator Division tournament is complete, the top 40 boaters and co-anglers based on point standings will qualify for the Regional Championship at Lake Seminole in Bainbridge, Ga., Oct. 21-23 for a chance to win a 198VX Ranger boat with a 200-horsepower Evinrude or Yamaha outboard and a Chevy pick-up, co-anglers will fish for a new Ranger 198VX.
