BOWLING WINS BFL CHOO CHOO DIVISION ON LAKE GUNTERSVILLE

WHAT: Bill Bowling of Somerset, Ky., caught a five-bass limit weighing 27 pounds, 3 ounces Saturday to win $5,551 in the BFL Choo Choo Division tournament on Lake Guntersville.

WHAT: Clinton Cody Jr. of Cleveland, Tenn., caught a five-bass limit weighing 25 pounds, 13 ounces Saturday to win $2,775 in the BFL Choo Choo Co-angler Division on Lake Guntersville.

NOTES: The next BFL Choo Choo Division tournament is scheduled for April 24 at Lake Guntersville in Scottsboro, Ala. After the fifth Choo Choo Division tournament is complete, the top 40 boaters and co-anglers based on point standings will qualify for the Regional Championship at Lake Barkley in Kuttawa, Ky., Oct. 7-9 for a chance to win a 198VX Ranger boat with a 200-horsepower Evinrude or Yamaha outboard and a Chevy pick-up, co-anglers will fish for a new Ranger 198VX.
