The new Abu Garcia® Veritas™ is not just light, sensitive, balanced and easy to fish with, it is tough and durable thanks to Nano Technology.
Nano Technology manipulates the lightweight 30-Ton graphite construction of the Veritas rod blank on an atomic level for improved compression strength. Sound like nuclear science? It is, taken from the great strides in technology of nuclear power plants construction.
The one-piece white rod blank of the Veritas stands up to nicks and dings that make other rods snap. A one-piece double-anodized aluminum screw down provides a secure mount of the reel and the high density EVA handles add to the rod’s durability and comfort. Enhancing rod’s light weight, balance and performance are titanium alloy guides with SIC inserts.
Veritas rods are available in five spinning and eight baitcast models. Built with bass fishing in mind, these rods will be a favorite of walleye and inshore saltwater anglers too.
The spinning rods range in length from 6’6” to 7’0” in medium, medium light and medium heavy actions. The baitcast models range from 6’6” to 7’6” in medium, medium heavy and heavy actions.
The Abu Garcia Veritas is especially suited to be paired with an Abu Garcia Revo Premier baitcast and spinning reels to give the angler the ideal match for optimum balance and performance.
