Knoxville, Tenn. pro Ott DeFoe inked an endorsement deal recently with Tabu Tackle.
"A while back, Dave Lefebre showed me Tabu's jigs and he gave me some to use," Defoe said. "Once I used that jig I saw that it's completely, totally better than anything else I've used. I use it for swimming, pitching, casting. It's the only jig I use anymore."
And because Tabu's a tackle company owned and operated by pros, the 24-year-old Defoe values the new relationship for its learning potential as well. Along with Lefebre, he'll be able to learn from Tabu pros like Anthony Gagliardi and Kelly Jordon. "I'm very proud to be asked to be a part of it," he said.
