Denali Rods announced the signing of their first prostaff member, professional fisherman Michael Murphy.
“Denali is extremely excited to have Michael Murphy on our pro staff,” said Scott Estes, Denali Rods president. “Murphy’s talents as a professional angler are obvious, but that is just the tip of the iceberg when you are talking about Michael’s credentials. Michael has grown up in this industry on several fronts, and along the way has built a rock solid reputation for himself based on character and integrity, and we look forward to supporting him both now and far into the future.”
Murphy began his fishing career on the WalMart Bass Fishing League, and has been fishing the FLW Series since 2006, and on the FLW Tour since 2007.

Denali Rods will also be releasing a Michael Murphy signature jerkbait and topwater rod in the very near future.
“Michael Murphy is Denali’s first official professional signing, but you can look for more in the next few weeks,” Estes said. “We will have a booth at all FLW Tour stops this year showcasing the Denali products, and supporting all Denali’s FLW anglers.”
